1. Scope of application

All customers who order products from https://www.nmtsteel.com Wholesale Steel Supermarket are entitled to exchange or return goods if they are not satisfied with the product and receive 100% of the money spent.

2. Return conditions

- Intact, in good use.

- Time: within 30 days from the date of purchase

- Requirements to keep the packaging and labels of the product intact when returning

- The number of returns for 1 product is 1 time

- Products not eligible for return: expired return period, no longer complete, intact, dented, slightly scratched products (Except for the above warranty refusal cases):
