STEP 4: DETAILED INTERVIEW PROCESS

NGUYEN MINH THU CO., LTD conducts a thorough interview process through multiple rounds (depending on the position) to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidate:

STEP 5: INTERVIEW RESULT NOTIFICATION

Candidates who pass the interview rounds will be requested to complete their application (if necessary) for review and approval by the Company Leadership.

After receiving the approval decision from the Leadership, the HR Department will notify candidates of the recruitment results within 07 working days.

  • Successful candidates: The HR Department will send an official job offer letter to the candidate.
