APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1: CANDIDATE APPLICATION

Candidates can apply for job openings at NGUYEN MINH THU COMPANY LIMITED in the following ways:

5 APPLICATION METHODS

STEP 2: RECEIVE AND SCREEN APPLICATIONS

The Human Resources Department will review applications and select candidates that meet the recruitment criteria, in the following cases:

  • Suitable applications: HR will conduct a preliminary phone interview.
  • Unsuitable applications: HR will keep the applications on file and contact candidates for future openings.

STEP 3: INVITE CANDIDATES TO TAKE A TEST (IF APPLICABLE)

After a preliminary phone interview, the HR Department will send an email inviting suitable candidates to take a test for the job position (if applicable, depending on the requirements of each job).

STEP 4: INTERVIEW

Depending on the job position, there may be more than one interview:

  • Round 1: The Recruitment HR staff interviews to assess basic knowledge, skills, and fit with the company culture and job requirements.
  • Round 2: The Head of Department/Division/Unit interviews to assess the candidate's professional competence and experience.
  • Round 3 (depending on the nature of the job and the position applied for): Candidates will be interviewed by the Board of Directors of Nguyen Minh Thu Company Limited.

STEP 5: NOTIFY CANDIDATES OF INTERVIEW RESULTS

Successful candidates will be asked to provide complete application documents to the HR Department (if documents are missing) for submission of recruitment proposals to the Company's Board of Directors for review and approval.

After the Company's Board of Directors approves, the HR Department will notify candidates of the recruitment results within 07 working days, in the following cases:

  • Successful candidates: The HR Department will send a job offer letter to the candidate.

Unsuccessful candidates: The HR Department will send a thank-you letter to the candidate.
